Limitation of Liability
Platform Outages
We are not liable for losses caused by third-party advertising platform outages, policy changes, or service interruptions.
Data Breach Protection

Consequential Damages
We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. International users remain subject to their local privacy and consumer protection laws.
Venue for Disputes
Legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, which have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

Dispute Resolution Process
1 Informal Resolution
Contact us directly to resolve disputes informally. We commit to good faith efforts to resolve issues within 30 days.
2 Mediation Process
If informal resolution fails, disputes may proceed to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Tokyo, Japan.
3 Arbitration Option
Binding arbitration may be pursued under Japan Commercial Arbitration Association rules for commercial disputes exceeding ¥1,000,000.
4 Small Claims Exception
Small claims court proceedings remain available for disputes within jurisdictional limits, regardless of other dispute resolution requirements.
Legal Notice Procedures
Legal notices must be sent via registered mail or courier service with receipt confirmation to our registered business address.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal requests for information and data disclosure.
Terms Modification Policy
We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
